- Handle technical support and troubleshooting issues from users regarding Laptop/Desktop, Software, Network, etc.
- Manage device and tools allocation, track and report accurately.
- Develop and maintain policy for device us and train to users.
- Manage on premise servers and virtual servers.
- BS degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or a related subject.
- Experience working as a Helpdesk engineer.
- Good knowledge about IT hardware, software, and networking.
- Good teamwork and communication skill.
- Good learning attitude, professionalism and high sense of responsibility.
