WQMS – Wireless Queue Management System; The Wireless Queue Management System is designed to contact your customers or guests at banks, hospitals & other venues. Users do not have to look for customers or guests by shouting and waving hands. Customers or guests will be given a token number and can easily be notified when their attention is required. Users simply key in the token number and press send. Instantly the token number would be displayed on the LED display screen and alerting in the form of melody. The transmitter display provides message confirmation and ensures the user keys in the correct information every time. Queue number, counter number, can be displayed simultaneously on a LCD/Plasma TV via a software written using C#.
